Ivan came to my home and did a professional and meticulous job on several home improvement projects on my list. If he wasn’t sure how exactly I wanted something done, he made sure to ask me. When he had to hang art on a stone fireplace and I didn’t want him to drill into the stone or into the grout, he found another durable way. As someone who has done extensive remodeling in the past, I know how hard it is to find skilled and dependable people who take pride in their work and happily use their brain. I needed a glass shower door and frame removed. Ivan was able to come the day after I contacted him and quickly finished the project.  He also identified a few other areas in the tile that needed to be recaulked so it looks much better. I hired Ivan (Summit Fixing) to tile my kitchen backsplash in Breckenridge. He did a fantastic job. Importantly, he responded to me right away after I inquired and he gave me a written quote after I sent pictures and measurements. It is not easy to get someone to quickly do a job like this but I am so grateful I found him. He is meticulous, thoughtful and very responsive. He’s also a really nice person! I would recommend Summit Fixing without reservation.  I have worked with Ivan several times over the past few years and it is always a pleasant experience. Ivan responds promptly, communicates well throughout the projects (plumbing and carpentry, to date), is skilled, professional, and works persistently and meticulously until the problem is solved or project finished. His quotes are accurate and pricing fair. Just as importantly, he will say "no, thank you" if he does not have the time, expertise, or equipment to take on a project -- instead of making promises he cannot keep or "expeimenting" at my expense.
